Main features:
1. This machine is suitable for yellow board boxes, flat mouth boxes, and color boxes, which are the preferred equipment for post printing processes in paper product production enterprises.
2. The whole machine consists of five parts: paper feeding, folding, shaping, nailing, counting and stacking.
3. Touch screen input data, variable frequency speed regulation, automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic box nailing, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, simple and reliable operation. The highest mechanical speed for pasting boxes is 160 sheets/minute, and the box nailing speed is 3 degrees and 4 nails are 80 sheets/minute.

Each work area has powerful computer control and support, equipped with independent wireless WIFI tablet computer operation, remote control operating system, user-friendly design, 3-8-minute quick order changing mechanism, simplified. 4. Easy to operate, convenient and fast, the whole machine adopts the same service motor PLC and CNC control system.
5. The paper feeding section is equipped with a belt type leading edge suction conveyor, which is composed of 10 200MM wide paper feeding belts to transport cardboard. The paper feeding spacing is adjusted by a separate motor to accommodate different widths of cardboard sizes. Enable independent control of the paper feeding section, with simple and reliable operation. High end boards on both sides can be electrically adjusted according to the size of different widths of cardboard. The left side is equipped with pneumatic cardboard to increase the suction surface of the cardboard and belt, increase friction, and better adapt to paper feeding of curved boards, hard boards, light and light boards+panels. The height of the paper roller is adjustable, suitable for the thickness of the cardboard. The front baffle automatically shifts and the side is aligned. One end of the paper feeding section is equipped with a cardboard tray, which can be electrically adjusted according to the height of the cardboard box. Linked with the folding section, variable frequency speed regulation, synchronized paper feeding speed. The front baffle and paper conveyor belt of the paper feeding section can be adjusted left and right.
6. The folding part adopts imported high friction belt to transport cardboard, which is automatically folded. The entire process of air suction and pre pressure folding knife feeding paper, with speed and time synchronized with the host, and adjustable frequency conversion for the upper and lower belts. 8. The nail making department uses an Italian style swinging machine head to track and nail at a rate of 1000 nails per minute. The nail spacing is between 30MM-120MM, and there is no need to adjust the machine and the nail speed remains unchanged.
9. The counting and stacking section adopts an upward stacking conveyor, with cardboard boxes outputting quantity and time electricity, and precise synchronization controlled by the brain. The stacking speed is 0-140M, with automatic counting, automatic stacking, and neat output entering the automatic packaging machine.
